At Lion Hygienic Materials, we are an industry leader in hygienics stainless steel products. We specialize in the production and sale of semiconductor components and key parts, as well as the machining of mechanical parts and components. Our expertise extends to stainless steel surface treatment and the manufacturing of cutting-edge metal cutting and welding components. Additionally, we are a trusted manufacturer of hygienic materials, catering to diverse industries with high-quality, reliable solutions.

As a new startup, we are driven by a commitment to innovation, precision, and excellence. Our operations encompass:

  • Manufacturing of Stainless Steel Gasline & Pump Line Components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Sourcing and Management:
  • Develop, review, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Identify new suppliers, assess their capabilities, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure reliability and competitiveness.
  • Procurement Data Analysis & Strategy:
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to formulate procurement strategies for various materials and goods.
  • Select the most efficient and cost-effective procurement channels, balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Execution of Purchase Orders & Contracts:
  • Create and process purchase orders in alignment with procurement plans.
  • Execute procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Implement specific procurement processes and ensure their consistency across all purchasing activities.
  • Quotation Analysis & Cost Reduction:
  • Analyze quotations received from suppliers, reviewing all components to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost control strategies to improve the overall procurement process.
  • Cross-Department Communication and Coordination:
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure alignment on procurement needs and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and suppliers to address any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing relationships is critical.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement software, or relevant tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, aiding communication with China-based colleagues and suppliers.
