Senior Purchasing Executive

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Generate purchase orders for approved materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking information.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions. Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to review and finalize contractual agreements that meet the company's quality and delivery requirements.
• Identify potential suppliers of raw materials, components, and equipment necessary for automotive seat cover manufacturing.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of suppliers, considering factors such as quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery capabilities by yearly.
• Matching invoices with PO,DO and GRN.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components to support production schedules and prevent stockouts. Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing carrying costs and excess inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier agreements, and correspondence. Ensure that documentation is organized, accessible, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in analyzing procurement costs, expenditures, and savings to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing procurement performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with related department for purchase, sourcing activity and other activities persistence with Purchasing department for new/existing project.
• Maintain Department IATF procedures, documents records and requirement.
• Rectify all materials discrepancies and complaints from user.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• A team player capable of thriving independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages for effective communications.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experiences.
