Prepare Master Work Programme, monitor and report work progress, prepare bi-weekly progress report, assist operations and site activities, prepare correspondence to clients, consultants and sub-contractors, advises project teams on project progress and delays, prepare mitigation programmes and extension of time claims.

To attend progress meetings with Clients and Consultants
To attend progress meetings with Sub-Contractors
To verify work done by Sub-Contractors
To verify work done on monthly progress claim and variation order if any.
To assist in monitoring and controlling construction progress according to the MWP.
To prepare Extension of Time ( EOT) Claims in collaboration with Project Operational and Support teams
Collaborate with BIM team to prepare BIM 4D (Construction Visualization) for Projects
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Equivalent
Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of building construction activities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is an advantage
Personal Qualities: Hard Working, willing to learn and take initiative, can work in a team
Expected Minimum Years Of Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and Building Construction (with Site Experience)
