SENIOR PROJECT PLANNER

CRBC KUCHING ART BLUELINE 2 – Kuching, Sarawak

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with Primavera P6 to develop work programmes and Microsoft Project.
• Able to demonstrate full understanding and sequencing of all local Malaysian Development Order workflow, including up to Building Plan Submissions.
• Create S curve, control and monitoring the progress in daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with past Master and Township Planning experience of at least over 1,000 acres.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet the schedule of works.
