Position Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee multiple projects, from initial scoping to execution and post-implementation reviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and elected project leaders, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement structured workflows that improve operations and profitability.
- Tech & Innovation Support: Work alongside the Tech Lead to align projects with digital transformation initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track progress, and provide data-driven reports to leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to proactively mitigate issues.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and ensure smooth transitions for teams.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Experience: 3+ years in project management, operations, or business transformation roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2C, F&B, Retail, SaaS, or Tech-driven environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with data and present actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
- Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Asana).
- Certifications (Good to Have): PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and focused on driving measurable business impact.
