Senior Project Executive

Job Description:
1) Assist the Project Manager with project planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely project completion.
2) Coordinate and liaise with authorities, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with requirements.
3) Monitor and report on-site activities, oversee site setup, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and documentation standards.
4) Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and related documentation regularly and promptly.
5) Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
6) Maintain accurate project records, including permits, contracts, inspections, and drawings to support project administration.
7) Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards to uphold project integrity and legality.
8) Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly to keep the project on track and within scope.
9) Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the project.

Job Requirements:
1) Min. Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Property Development, or a related field.
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in the property development or construction industry.
3) Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with the ability to effectively engage relevant stakeholders to drive project progress.
4) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
6) Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
7) Computer literate and familiar with project management software and tools relevant to the industry.
8) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
9) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
