About the role

EPR (Kuching) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in the delivery of our exciting engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage project engineering activities, ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Identify and resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the project team
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the engineering industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques
• Knowledge of relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements
