We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead our engineering projects, ensuring the smooth implementation of capital projects, and overseeing the design, installation, and optimization of production systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, including new equipment installations, plant expansions, and process improvements.
2. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
3. Manage and monitor project risks, costs, and schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
4. Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and designs for plant and production equipment.
5. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety, to implement engineering solutions.
7. Provide technical support and communicate effectively with other project participants.
8. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners for equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
9. Ensure projects are completed in compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and quality assurance guidelines.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role in the food manufacturing or related industry.
3. Strong project management skills within a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
4. Experience with food production equipment, processes, and regulations is desirable.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD software and project management tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
