Responsibilities
- To conduct Planning Enquiry on Planning issue; i.e. guideline requirement and development option
- Land use study: Layout concept, acreage allocation, study development intensity
- To assist the Management in study and coordination of the land related matter, i.e. ownership, caveat, charge, identify land use category, etc
- To check and prepare development data, verify calculation to ensure that it is complied with development requirement
- To prepare correspondence, forms, documents and report for all submission
- To prepare letter of correspondences, documents, unilateral undertaking, & etc to the authority
- To prepare undertaking letters, premium calculations, check on plan fees & etc for government authority
- To liaise with consultants pertaining to Project all submission related matters
- To follow-up on all submission progress and approval and to ensure comply according to the authority requirement
- To follow-up sub-division, amalgamation surrender & re-alienation, land acquisition submission progress & approval to ensure comply according to the authority requirement
- To liaise with local & state government agencies for follow-up and resolve plan status and its related issues
- To arrange and coordinate payment/contribution due for authority, check and verify the calculation & etc
- To keep proper filling for all approval letters and plans and all submission documents
- To monitor and check the progress claim by the project consultants and to prepare proper documentation to forward to account department
- Preparation for report proposal for financing arrangement and land calculation purposes
- To organize, compile, prepare agenda, and take minutes for Weekly/Monthly Project Meeting by the Management
