SENIOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE | BUKIT PASIR

Oversee the entire production process, from planning to execution, ensuring that all production targets are met. Develop and implement production schedules that optimize resources and meet delivery deadlines. Coordinate with different departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the production team, including supervisors and operators, to ensure high performance and productivity. Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. Work closely with the quality assurance team to monitor and improve product quality. Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Process Optimization:

Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Utilize lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to streamline operations. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methods to improve production processes.

Inventory & Resource Management:

Manage the procurement and use of raw materials, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained without overstocking. Optimize the use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions. Investigate and resolve any safety incidents, implementing preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality. Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
