• To assist the product engineer in achieving process/test yield target.
• Coordinate special build request for new NPI build or alternate part qualification build.
• Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
• To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
• Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
• Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy. Responsible for the overall product yields. He/ she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
• Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical).
• At least 5 years experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
• With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/data.
• Able to work under pressure independently, multi-tasking and drive initiatives on product qualifications and improvements.
• Understanding basic SPC, MES, mechanical drawing and Agile PLM.
• Basic knowledge in laser components or Optical Transceiver are added advantage.
• Knowledge on problem analysis and standard data analysis.
