The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for executing product management initiatives and assisting product managers in new product development, portfolio management and cross functional collaboration. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 - 5 years of sales / marketing experience, looking to grow their expertise in product strategy, competitive analysis, and market positioning.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Product Development & Execution
• Conduct market research to assess customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Gather and analyze competitive data, maintaining a real-time dashboard for competitive intelligence.
• Support the product launch process, ensuring effective execution across all business units.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.
• Maintain and update product attributes, datasheets, and other key product documentation.
• Conduct regular data hygiene checks on product listings to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in developing / maintaining customer tools by liaising with all the product managers.
• Create / Maintain an internal product database to keep the commercial team informed and up to date about the product portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop marketing collateral, selling tools, and product launch packages in alignment with regional guidelines.
• Lead monthly updates for sustainability and new product initiatives.
• Build and manage a database for regional product sourcing, tracking new and existing products across different markets.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
• 3 years + of experience in product management/marketing in B2B model.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, strong teamwork and cross functional cooperation.
