Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the numerical design of game products, formulate reasonable numerical systems, ensure the balance of the game and user experience.
Cooperate with the design and development team to participate in the game interaction design to ensure the smoothness and user-friendliness of the game.
Formulate and optimize the design plans of the system, gameplay, activities, etc. in the game.
Based on player feedback and data analysis, continuously optimize product design to improve user retention and payment conversion rate.
Responsible for the design and adjustment of the economic system in the game to ensure the reasonable allocation of virtual goods and resources.
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure that the product design is delivered on time and ensure the implementation effect of the design.
Regularly conduct market analysis, pay attention to industry trends, and propose innovative game design plans.
Job Requirements:
Prefer mandarin speaker as required to communicate with client from China.
Bachelor degree or above, game design, computer-related majors are preferred.
More than 5 years of game planning experience, at least 3 years of numerical design experience, familiar with various game numerical systems and design principles.
Familiar with game interaction design, able to design game interaction methods that meet player needs.
Have strong game numerical balance ability and be able to optimize the system through data analysis.
Have strong communication and expression skills, be able to communicate efficiently with members inside and outside the team to promote project progress.
Have keen insight into market trends and be able to propose innovative product planning solutions based on market demand.
Be familiar with the latest developments in the game industry, understand player needs and be able to adjust planning solutions based on market feedback.
Those with complete planning experience for game projects are preferred, and those with mature product planning experience are preferred.
