About the role
The Senior Product Manager – Monetisation & Insights (Loyalty & Insights) is responsible for understanding and defining the non-job ad value that best supports our higher volume and higher complexity Hirers across all our APAC markets. In addition, the Senior PM will be responsible for overseeing the build of our broader Insights product portfolio that supports both small and large Hirers across APAC. This is a critical capability that allows these Hirers to truly understand the value of SEEK for their hiring needs, clarifies the ROI of their spend and helps foster greater loyalty towards SEEK.
This role will own a crucial part of SEEK’s longer-term Monetisation strategy and contribute to our broader marketplace ambitions. Specifically, the Senior PM will:
This role will require you to take a whole-of-marketplace view, considering the needs of our hirers, and also ensuring that we deliver on our commitment to candidates. This role will work in partnership and alongside our key partners in Commercial, Product Marketing, Strategy and Sales teams across APAC and will report into the Principal PM – Loyalty & Access in the broader Monetisation and Insights team.
