Senior Procurement Executive

As the Senior Procurement Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee all supply chain-related operations. Your work will directly impact the revenue of the company and the efficiency of our supply chain. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, including budgeting, stock planning, fulfillment, aging stock management, dead stock reduction, and policy development.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers while forecasting demand for new designs or products.
• Manage logistics operations, including imports and supply chain coordination.
• Support in generating procurement and inventory reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports (e.g., stock level, purchase order tracking, etc.).
• Monitor and document purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track delivery schedules and promptly notify stakeholders of any delays.
• Ensure accurate stock data management, including updating product details (photos, specifications, stock balances) in the system.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to manage stock levels, track aging stock, and handle return stock issues.
• Support and execute ad-hoc procurement and warehouse initiatives as needed.

Working Arrangement: On-Site. Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Warehouse team.

• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus.
• A background or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• A team player and problem solver with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills.
