Job DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
- To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used.
- Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/tools/fixtures.
- To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
- Be familiar with the requirements of glue weighing, mixing and stirring, and pass the skill assessment after the training of glue mixing and stirring.
- Master the use of coupling & welding equipment, pass the skill assessment after training.
- Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
- Responsible for the overall product yields.
- Responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
- Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
- Responsible for the product documentation (e.g., Product specification, etc.).
- Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
- Responsible for revision change of documents.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical).
- At least 5 years of experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
- Familiar with basic knowledge of glue volatilization and glue mixing environment requirements will be preferred.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
- With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/data.
