Responsibilities

• Assist Process Engineers to support Process Engineering functions.
• Assist Process Engineers to prepare engineering documentations including ECN, BOM, WI, FMEA, Control Plan, Process Validation and SOP.
• Assist engineers with process and equipment qualification, process evaluation, DOE and other process improvement listed by the Process Engineer.
• Provide technical related training to process technician and production operator.
• Support production on relation to process issues:
• Product yield and process improvement.
• Product fixture fabrication and buy off.
• Perform failure analysis.

Requirements

• Preferably a Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Preferably have 2 years similar working experience.
• Good knowledge in PCBA process, Box Build Assembly, Jigs and Fixture design concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
