Senior Process Engineer (CNC Machining)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead First Article (FA) projects and ensure smooth transition to mass production
• Manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Review customer drawings, 3D data, and product specifications
• Develop process flows, BOMs, and packaging standards
• Optimize processes, cost reduction, and tooling improvements
• Provide technical support, training, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in NPI & CNC Machining
• Strong knowledge of NPI, PPAP, DFM, FMEA & CAD/CAM software
• Project management and problem-solving skills
