Senior Process Engineer

The Process Engineer (PE) ensures that manufacturing lines adhere to safety, Lean, and quality standards while developing, standardizing, and optimizing processes from start-up to customer delivery.

The Process Engineer works with the manufacturing as well as the engineering team to enable a site to run a product efficiently. This encompasses understanding the build cycle times, the manufacturing process, critical skills and processes that are necessary to ensure that the product that is being built is done in the most cost-effective, fastest time as well as the highest yield. The manufacturing engineering will work cross-functionally across the departments to enable this to happen. This may also involve working closely with Process (HQ), Core Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain as well as Planning teams. This team will also work closely with the ASG team to ensure that our builds are consistent across all sites.
