Job description

Job Title: Senior PMO & Business Analyst
Department: PMO Team

Job Overview:
As a Project Manager in the game top-up function, you will play a key role in supporting the PMO team by engaging with partners, capturing and documenting complex business requirements, conducting testing, and ensuring effective communication with the business team. In addition to typical PMO responsibilities, you will provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will also leverage your strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance and Oversight: Ensure projects adhere to established PMO processes, standards, and methodologies, including risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring proper resource allocation and milestone tracking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, documentation, and process mapping, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Change Management and Communication: Manage change requests, document impact assessments, and communicate updates to the business team and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular status reports, project dashboards, and meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Mentoring and Support: Provide guidance and support to junior PMO team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination, preferably in the gaming or digital payment industry but not necessary.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and relevant tools.
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and digital payment platforms within the gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project Management Certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
