Job Overview

Develop innovative design concepts, create detailed technical drawings, and produce high-quality presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D perspective drawings to visualize designs
• Produce detail drawings and site/project management documents
• Liaise with contractors, conduct site visits, and select materials
• Mentor junior designers and interns in the field of interior design

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must be Malaysian nationals
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior/Architecture Design or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in fit-out/office/interior design projects
• Be proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and MS Office

Work Schedule: This role requires a standard 5-day workweek during office hours.
