DOO you have what it takes?

We’re seeking a Payment Support Specialist with experience in payment processing, finance transactions, ideally in PSP, C2C/P2P, or client withdrawals. Strong analytical skills, fintech/AI/automation knowledge, and familiarity with payment processing and KYC/AML compliance are a plus. This role requires expertise in payment operations, fraud detection, and compliance, with flexibility for night shifts. Ready to make an impact? Apply now!

What you’ll be working on:

  1. Manage and optimize Payment Service Provider (PSP) integrations for fintech transactions.
  2. Oversee C2C/P2P payment operations, ensuring smooth and secure settlements.
  3. Handle Spot & Fiat transactions as an added responsibility.
  4. Maintain and enhance payment processing systems, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
  5. Process and verify client withdrawal requests, ensuring accurate and timely fund transfers.
  6. Support and troubleshoot deposit transactions as an additional responsibility.
  7. Monitor withdrawal-related transaction records to detect fraudulent activities and compliance risks.
  8. Provide guidance and support to clients on withdrawal processes, payment delays, and disputes.
  9. Track, reconcile, and analyze transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) to resolve discrepancies.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to address payment-related issues efficiently.
  11. Implement fraud detection measures to enhance security.
  12. Continuously improve payment processes using Fintech, AI, and Automation solutions for efficiency and scalability.
  13. Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  14. Generate reports on payment activity trends, inefficiencies, and processing performance.
  15. Train team members on payment processing advancements, compliance updates, and automation best practices.
  16. Share insights on emerging payment technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Diploma or higher in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
  2. Ideally 2-3 years of experience in payment processing, finance transactions.
  3. Must have experience in a PSP, C2C/P2P, or client withdrawals.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as projects are mainly in Chinese language.
  5. Knowledge of trading, investment, forex, blockchain payments is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with PSPs, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention is preferred.
  7. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on Fintech, AI, and Automation.
  8. Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
