Job description

Senior Parlour Service & Operation Support Executive

  • Oversee daily operations, workflows & performance of Parlour Operation, Front Desk Department and Parlour Service & Operation Support Department.
  • Responsible to lead, control and manage the team on implementing, executing and maintaining operational practices and procedures in line with company philosophies and visions.
  • Ensure service quality standards are adhered to by the team and that an optimum service level is delivered to all clients, potential clients and incoming guests.
  • Improve the operational system, processes and policies in support of corporate missions by identifying existing or underlying weaknesses and insufficiencies, and thereafter studying and developing any possible solutions and rectifications.
  • Be attentive to any events and functions occurring in Nirvana Memorial Center and provide assistance to related organizers.
  • Participate in every VIP case and Special Funeral case as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related field or equivalent.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Good problem solving and strong analytical skills.
