Job description
Senior Parlour Service & Operation Support Executive
Oversee daily operations, workflows & performance of Parlour Operation, Front Desk Department and Parlour Service & Operation Support Department.
Responsible to lead, control and manage the team on implementing, executing and maintaining operational practices and procedures in line with company philosophies and visions.
Ensure service quality standards are adhered to by the team and that an optimum service level is delivered to all clients, potential clients and incoming guests.
Improve the operational system, processes and policies in support of corporate missions by identifying existing or underlying weaknesses and insufficiencies, and thereafter studying and developing any possible solutions and rectifications.
Be attentive to any events and functions occurring in Nirvana Memorial Center and provide assistance to related organizers.
Participate in every VIP case and Special Funeral case as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years experience in a related field or equivalent.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good problem solving and strong analytical skills.
