Senior Operations Executive (JB)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics management which includes all aspects of route optimization and order fulfilment
• Oversee daily warehousing operations, including inventory control, goods receiving, order picking and packing, returns processing, storage space optimization
• Ensure timely maintenance of equipment e.g., trucks, forklifts etc.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of new drivers and warehouse personnel
• Collaborate with customer service, purchaser, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational activities and performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Completion of Education in Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Management, Logistics Management or relevant field.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role to manage a team.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and strive for team development.
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking client/supplier, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written.
