Key Responsibilities

Operational Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Manage all incoming from suppliers and outbound delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain budget and optimize expenses, cost control and budgeting monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by higher management.
Administrative Duties
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports and managing correspondence.
  • Review all incoming invoices from external vendors and dispute discrepancies.
  • Assist with chargebacks and disputes with justification documents.
Resource Management
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to support departmental activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers.
Communication and Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between the Company Supply Chain Department and other departments within the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Data Management
  • Collect, analyze and report on data related to departmental operations and performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for operational improvement.
  • Establish and maintain monthly report and timely updates from overall purchases and inventory.
Leadership Support
  • Provide administrative support to the department’s leadership team.
  • Follow up on action items.
  • Initiate weekly alignment meetings to ensure each team member is on the right track.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required

Academic Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or Supply Chain field preferred.

Professional Experience:
  • Proven experience in supply chain management and operations, preferably within a corporate or planning environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing, Trading and Project Management with SQL, ERP or any planning system.
  • Experience in logistic handling regulations, import and export matters.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical & Management Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast paced environment.
