Now, we are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing our business operations.

Job Responsibilities

Operations Management

1. Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency in logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment.
2. Coordinate supply chain activities, including sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
3. Monitor and improve workflows to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Logistics & Inventory Control

1. Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
2. Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and costs.
3. Implement stock control measures to minimize wastage and overstocking.

Customer & Service Support

1. Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
2. Address customer inquiries and operational challenges to maintain high service standards.
3. Assist in after-sales support, including troubleshooting operational issues related to coffee machines and supplies.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

1. Supervise and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
2. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
3. Work closely with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.
2. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is a plus.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Passion for the coffee industry is a bonus.
