As the Senior Online Product Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client-targeted B2B service within our multichannel platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Product Development and Management - Support digital product roadmaps and manage the full product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
Channel-Specific Management - Oversee performance and optimization across digital channels (website, email, social media, mobile app, messenger), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Market Research and Analysis - Conduct market research and analyze customer data, trends, and feedback to guide product improvements and strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and progress updates.
Project Management - Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and delivery of digital initiatives.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement - Monitor product performance, support testing efforts (A/B, user testing), and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in online product management, project management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding and experience with product or project management methodologies, including RICE framework, Agile, and Scrum.
2+ years of experience working in an online service company and have completed at least 2 full project life cycles of client/user-facing application development (3 or more project members).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or Google Analytics.
