Coordinate and manage CSR programs, including community engagement, environmental sustainability, and philanthropic efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and collaborative projects.
Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR initiatives, providing insights to management for continuous improvement.
Organize and participate in community events and outreach programs to promote the company's CSR efforts.
Create and manage CSR communication materials, including reports, newsletters, and social media content, to showcase initiatives and achievements.
Engage employees in CSR activities, fostering a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility within the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CSR to recommend innovative initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Environmental Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community relations, or a related area.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Passionate about social and environmental issues and committed to making a positive impact.
Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or working with NGOs is an advantage.
