Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Network Operations team at Marsh McLennan Companies. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a shift role that has a requirement of 4 days’ workweek and 10 hours per shift from 6AM to 4PM, from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

The Senior Network Operations Analyst will be part of a 7x24x365 Operations Level 1 team, responsible for providing technical escalation and support across Network, Server, and Cyber Security operations.

We will count on you to:

• Provide continuous and consistent management reporting on the status of issues, actions, and resolutions.
• Manage severity 1 incident calls and report to appropriate management and teams.
• Provide technical support for all systems and applications hosted in the Global Cloud Operations, ensuring compliance with defined business service levels.
• Maintain patching compliance to avoid risks of system outages or compromised data.
• Communicate effectively with globally diverse audiences regarding ideas and information.
• Monitor assigned incident and change queues in the ITSM system and ensure timely updates.

What you need to have:

• Associate's degree in computer or network science or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical infrastructure operations/cloud operation environment.
• Technical experience in network support (Cisco, PaloAlto, Aruba, F5) and server OS support (Windows, Linux, Container Support).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
