Senior Marketing Executive (TikTok Specialist)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive specializing in TikTok to join our team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of our TikTok account, including managing our TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads Manager. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through TikTok’s platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging and on-brand TikTok videos that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing team and third party to produce effective visuals and videos.

TikTok Shop Management:

  • Set up, optimize, and manage the TikTok Shop to maximize sales performance.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through TikTok Shop channels promptly.

TikTok Ads Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with overall brand objectives.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and creating interactive content.
  • Organize live streaming events and manage live hosts to showcase products and drive real-time sales.
  • Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators to amplify brand visibility and sales opportunity.

Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze content performance, ad performance, and sales data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Prepare monthly reports on TikTok account growth, engagement rates, ad performance, and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing TikTok accounts, TikTok Ads Manager, and e-commerce platforms, preferably in the beauty/skincare industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in TikTok platform management, including TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong content creation idea and mindset.
  • Understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and user behavior.
  • Knowledge of skincare products and market trends is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
