Monitor and execute recommendations to improve performance of digital, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Manage company's social media platforms, including handling enquiries, developing and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and ensuring strong branding across digital and social media platforms to improve branding, reach, engagement and conversion.
Identify and analyze market trends, target audience and competitors.
Work with sales team on new marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Explore new marketing opportunities and build good relationships with marketing partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience.
Strong in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Experience in photo/video editing, graphic design, and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva are added advantages.
