Carry out market research, competitor analysis, and leads profiling to supplement business decisions.
Devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project's Business Plan goals.
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, etc. to deliver sales targets.
Work closely with Architects and artist renderers to develop computer-generated images (CGIs) related to the project.
Brief and manage creative agencies on the development of A&P materials related to project and products.
Assist in the development of project website and ongoing social media management.
Assist on any other works relating to marketing & sales functions such as management reporting, liaison with agencies/suppliers/solicitors/bankers/authorities.
Undertake necessary application or renewal of Developer's License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP) and maintain up-to-date reporting adhering to authority requirements (e.g., HIMS and others).
Comply, adhere to, and execute all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
Coordinate inter/intra-department and external workflow to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
Administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
Required Skills:
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
At least 3 years working experience in the developer/property/real estate industry.
Must be computer literate.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Possessing a driving license would be an added advantage.
