Senior Marketing Executive (5-Day Work Week)

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across both local and international markets. This role involves coordinating marketing efforts across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing, while ensuring brand consistency and maximizing reach.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
    Develop and implement marketing strategies for both local and international markets, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with corporate objectives.
    Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing), offline (events, print media), and influencer marketing efforts.
  2. Content Creation and Localization:
    Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and social media content.
    Localize global content for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness in diverse regions.
    Coordinate the creation of region-specific content for local campaigns, including translations and adaptations to local language and context.
  3. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:
    Manage social media channels, including creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement.
    Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns through paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising, display ads, and programmatic advertising to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic in different regions.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct market research to understand target audiences, customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes in both local and international markets.
    Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and adjust marketing strategies to better address local and global market demands.
  5. Budget Management:
    Manage marketing budgets for both local and international campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and delivering a strong return on investment (ROI).
    Track and report on campaign spending, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and business objectives.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with the product development, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives across all regions.
    Work closely with external agencies (PR, creative, digital) to support the execution of international marketing campaigns.
    Coordinate with local market teams to ensure that global campaigns are adapted and successfully executed at a local level.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    Track the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
    Analyze key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
    Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of local and international campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  8. Brand Consistency and Compliance:
    Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice across all regions.
    Monitor international marketing campaigns for compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and cultural sensitivities.
  9. Trade Show and Event Planning:
    Plan, organize, and manage the company’s participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and sponsored events, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    Develop a comprehensive event calendar, coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and personnel are available for each event.
    Manage all logistics related to events, including booth design, setup, shipping of materials, and on-site coordination.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications or related field of studies.
  2. Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a corporate or international marketing environment. Experience in managing global campaigns and coordinating with local market teams is highly desirable.
  3. MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and AUTOCAD Proficiencies
  4. Driving License, able to travel abroad alone.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the company’s industry or sector (e.g., construction, manufacturing, IT) is a plus.
  6. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns and materials.
  7. Creative Development: Experience in managing the creative process, from concept development to the production of digital and print marketing materials.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  9. Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operation, technical and finance teams.
  10. Design and Content Knowledge: Familiarity with graphic design principles, content creation, and copywriting. Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  11. Office-Based with Occasional Travel: The role is primarily office-based, but may involve occasional travel for marketing events, trade shows, and meetings with international teams.
  12. Collaborative Environment: Works closely with various internal departments and external partners to execute successful marketing campaigns.
  13. Fast-Paced: The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
