You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and services, with the key objective of delivering efficient and cost-effective marketing campaigns as well as meeting sales targets. You are an integral part of the team contributing to the achievement of the sales target.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting suitable advertising agencies, consultants, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, consultants, and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules needed.
• Coordinate with relevant external and internal parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows, and events.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and ensure timely submission of licenses as well as quarterly and yearly reports required by authorities (Borang 7F, 7E, and Napic).
• Monitor and update advertising and promotional expenses against the budget allocated.
• Monitor, review, and update the development website.
• Ensure sales kit information and all other sales and marketing collaterals for all sales launches are updated.
• Implement any marketing initiatives that contribute to the business objective.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project marketing for a property developer.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure.
• Possess a positive and ‘go-getter’ attitude.
• Possess a great sense of creative ability.
• Have good organization, planning, and time management skills.
