Manage social media strategy and content calendar to drive engagement and growth.
Oversee brand collaborations, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.
Conduct market research to stay on top of beauty trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity.
Work closely with creative, merchandiser, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights.
Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively.
Mentor and guide junior members of the marketing team.
Any relevant experience in skincare and beauty products line will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in advertising strategies or ad campaign execution is a strong plus.
Creative thinker with a passion for beauty, trends, and storytelling.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva).
