Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

Seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Wright Vision Marketing. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial part in executing our integrated marketing campaigns and driving strategic marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital, social media, events) to effectively reach and engage our target audience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and assets that convey our brand messaging and offerings
• Analysing marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities, and optimising campaigns accordingly
• Managing projects and campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative marketing approaches
• Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events and activations
• Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and planning process

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and make informed recommendations
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Creative flair and the ability to conceptualise and produce engaging marketing content and assets
• Proficient in the use of marketing tools and technologies (e.g. CRM, social media platforms, content management systems)
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
