Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with designers to produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Develop and execute campaigns to generate leads and support sales teams in converting leads into clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing collateral and sales presentations.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Write and edit content for various marketing channels, including blogs, articles, and newsletters.
• Manage case studies and project portfolios to highlight successful projects and client testimonials.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor expenses and ensure that marketing activities are executed within budget.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the construction or related industry preferred.
