Role Purpose
This role is critical in leading and managing the Group’s talent acquisition function and helping the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting innovation in the hiring and onboarding practices. The role will manage the day-to-day operations of the department, and with strong partnership and rapport building with the stakeholders and other HC teams, this role will also support the employment branding initiatives.
