Be Our Senior Manager, Supply Chain
As a Senior Manager of group supply chain, you will oversee and deploy the company's supply chain strategies. You will drive a team of supply chain professionals to ensure the efficient and effective flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. You will also collaborate with other departments, working with several CompAsia affiliates and external partners to create coordinated plans for business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing manufacturing processes and implementing supply chain strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our competitive edge. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent supply chain skills and be able to manage end-to-end project lifecycle value chain by delivering the best supply chain experience. Emphasis should be given on managing and accessing cost management, time management, risk management and quality management.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Deploy company supply chain strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive a team of supply chain professionals across the countries, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Oversee material procurement, production planning, inventory management, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business goals and quality standards.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work timely with various stakeholders to resolve arising issues and deploy preventive systems/ process to avoid recurrence (e.g. delays in delivery, material shortages)
- Foster strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms to reduce costs and enhance supply chain reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making related to supply chain and logistics.
- Drive and management effectively supply chain projects
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain best practices, ERP systems, data analysis tools and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Certification in manufacturing (eg. Lean, six sigma) supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
- Self-starter and ability to work strategically, creatively, and collaboratively
