Strategy Planning

• To assist in the strategic planning, review and monitoring of JCorp’s and Group’s Strategic Plans and consolidate into Group’s strategic planning documents for approval by JCorp BOD.
• To lead the department to work in harmony with Investment Division with specific focus on JCorp’s existing four core businesses to ensure business growth and profitability.
• To monitor JCorp’s Objective & Key Results (OKRs) to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against business strategies and objectives.
• To lead the department in the preparation of presentation decks for both external and internal events.

Business Intelligence

• To assist in driving the translation and transformation of macro-data into insights that drive JCorp’s business values, strategies, and market share.
• To lead the use of data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques to identify trends and develop reports that improve business processes and decision-making skills.
• To ensure processed information is disseminated to internal & external stakeholders for better informed business decisions.
