SENIOR MANAGER - PROJECT AND SERVICE DELIVERY, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a 'best-practice' Project Delivery Framework and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
Responsible for keeping users satisfied with IT services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and helping lead the professionals responsible for delivering services to users.
Manage and fulfill management's expectations and requirements to support business growth and objectives.
Work effectively and efficiently with the internal IT team (e.g., ERP, MES, INF, SYS, BISO, ITGA) and external parties (e.g., vendors, consultants, suppliers) to ensure seamless support to management and users on IT matters, which involves both software and hardware.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate a risk culture within the Group, including Subsidiaries.
Develop and embed effective IT risk management frameworks, policies, methodology, and procedures to ensure that the Group's operational risk, financial, operational, and compliance requirements are met.
Monitor the implementation of IT risk management frameworks and policies. Escalate any gaps and action plans to Senior Management, Board Risk Committee, and the Board of Directors.
Perform reviews on Line of Businesses (LOBs) and Subsidiaries Level 3 policy and any deviation requests.
Develop, enhance, implement, and maintain IT governance and policies that include frameworks, roadmaps, and processes.
Ensure that IT governance and policies are updated frequently by performing research, providing recommendations, managing, and participating in implementing any required IT standards and controls or policies and procedures.
Conduct annual reviews for IT governance and policies and obtain annual endorsements.
Identify and manage gaps in governance effectiveness for IT controls, IT projects, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Continually seek and identify opportunities for business solutions and client satisfaction.
Participate in project-related activities to address IT standards and compliance matters.
Act as the focal point to address inquiries pertaining to IT standards and compliance matters.
Plan and conduct required governance training for all departments where necessary.
Develop, maintain, improve, and implement both support and project templates and standards to be adopted by IT.
Maintain and conduct awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential applications on client and supplier engagements.
Conduct annual training to create awareness of new and changed policies.
Generate reports to management and departments.
Provide training, guidance, and coaching to subordinates.
Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent in a related IT field.
Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
Good knowledge of IT Quality Standards and Assurance, Best Practices related to IT Governance such as COBIT, ITIL.
Certification / License Requirement:
Recognized IT or risk management professional certification (e.g., Professional certification in CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Auditor/Implementer, or certification from IRCA or any other recognized certification body).
