Job Description

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales launch.
• Formulate and implement pricing strategies to drive profitability and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engage target audience.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies to plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns effectively.
• Work closely with panel bankers to secure end-financing packages.
• Work closely with panel lawyers on the preparation of legal documents e.g. SPA and DMC.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, Developer License and Advertising Permit.
• Plan and control marketing expenses and optimize operations.
• Manage and motivate the sales team and agents to meet sales target through performance management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in property industry with minimum 5 years managerial experience is required for this position.
• Hands on experience in sales of residential & rental of commercial properties.
• Proven track record in property industry especially high-end developments.
• Possess excellent leadership quality.
• Good PR and communication skill.
• Result-oriented and have good analytical skill.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• High initiative, innovative, fast learning ability, and dependable.
• Good team player and attitudes.
