Senior Manager/Manager Investor Relation - Property Developer

• Provide expert analysis and advice on new property market trends, potential growth areas, and strategic business opportunities.
• Work closely with CFOs and Senior Management to align financial strategies with investor expectations.
• Develop strategic plans and present actionable insights to senior management to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Support corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and capital-raising efforts, such as equity and bond issuance.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and/or new partnerships.
• Assist in structuring real estate financing and fund management strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with research analysts, fund managers, shareholders, investment community, bankers, potential partners, and industry leaders to enhance business opportunities.
• Design and execute corporate and business development strategies to create new revenue streams and expand the company’s market presence.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment. Analyse financial data and investor feedback to identify market opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure accurate and timely information delivery to key stakeholders.
• Assist to prepare quarterly and annual reports, investor presentations, and earnings releases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for public disclosure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 7-10 years working experience in corporate finance, corporate development, investor relations of similar background with strong track record in capital markets, real estate investments, or finance, often working closely with C-suite executives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Words, Excel and PowerPoint and experienced in producing written reports / presentation materials.
• Able to work under pressure and meet with tight reporting timelines.
