Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the IT strategic plan for the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, to ensure the business goals and objectives are met through the optimum utilization of IT resources and new technology.
2. Uses existing and evolving technology standards to improve IT Infrastructure performance & efficiency with effective IT security and audit controls.
3. Assesses new technology potential to gain a competitive advantage for the business.
4. Identifies potential risks and benefits of emerging technologies to assist with risk management.
5. Leads IT projects and initiatives.
6. Gathers/refines business requirements, recommends or makes decisions on business requirement/interdependencies.
7. Manages and is accountable for the IT services deliverables by the infra and cybersecurity teams.
8. Responsible for the preparation of management updates covering SDG Board, Committees, or other management meetings.
9. Responsible for documenting SOPP on processes relating to application development, Change Requests, Infra/Cybersecurity security and control, Application disaster recovery, etc.
10. Ensures compliance with all audit controls.
11. Ensures the management and tracking of SDG IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity budgets and costs across the Group.
12. Manages 3rd Party vendors.
13. Engages with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
