1) Manage full set of accounts and to be responsible for the end-to-end accounting process as allocated within the deadline.
2) To review and ensure the final accounts are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards.
3) To prepare financial statements analysis and cash flow by monthly and quarterly basis within the deadline.
4) Manage cashflow of the operating company, including ensuring sufficiency of funds in meeting payment obligations, and placement of excess funds in interest-yielding financial products.
5) To prepare Budget Planning and Forecasting included PL, BS, CAPEX investment & Cash Flow by monthly and yearly basis in order to manage and control the financial statement with reduce any potential financial risk to the Company.
6) To manage and ensure Corporate Tax and Deferred Tax computation and estimation is well compliance to the latest tax rules and regulations from IRB.
7) To prepare and manage the audit report with work closely with external auditor.
8) Manage and control all the cash collections for total Company included cash, credit cards & e-wallets at store or any ad hoc Company’s events transaction.
9) Work closely with intra-group finance teams and others departments, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, banker, and other internal stakeholders to address accounting/ taxation/ invoicing related issues to ensure all business activities are carry out with accounting standard compliance.
10) Adaptable to change in a dynamic environment with initiative to improve reporting, policies and processes.
11) Need to maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements. Changes in laws, accounting pronouncements and taxation can all have a significant effect on the financial position of an organization and how it manages its finances.
12) To lead and direct the routine functions of the administrative department including purchasing plan and business license matters.
13) Manage and review departmental budgets and work within that budget for Administrative Department.
14) Ensuring alignment, implementation, and execution of established policy & procedures of Finance and Administrative departments to improve when the need arises.
15) Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management as well as from the holding company at Japan.
