Strategic System Leadership: Oversee nationwide sales outlet system operations, ensuring seamless integration of SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS) for lead management, ordering, loan processing, invoicing, and reporting.
DMS Implementation & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end transformation of Dealer Management System (DMS) across Sales & After-Sales functions, collaborating with key stakeholders to refine system processes in vehicle procurement, allocation, service, warranty claims, and spare parts management.
Data-Driven Decision Support: Enhance management reporting through Power BI Sales Dashboards, delivering insights for business growth and operational efficiency.
Training & Change Management: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to drive system adoption and efficiency across the organization.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team while working closely with senior management to align system initiatives with business goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Sales, After Sales, and System Support.
Proven expertise in Dealer Management System (DMS), with a strong understanding of system architecture and process optimization.
Extensive knowledge of Sales Process & System Development, including implementation and continuous improvement.
Strong strategic problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions.
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to system enhancements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Project management expertise, ensuring successful system implementations within given resources and timelines.
