We are seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to lead and execute strategic communication initiatives that enhance our brand presence, foster employee engagement, and strengthen corporate identity. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Working hours: 9am – 6pm

Region: Malaysia

What will you do?

Strategic Communications & Brand Management

  1. Execute communication relate initiatives to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across internal and external channels.
  2. Oversee corporate identity, digital presence, and media relations to enhance brand reputation and positioning.
  3. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communication materials align with corporate messaging, tone, and visual identity.

Corporate Events, Sponsorships & Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Plan, manage, and execute high-impact corporate events, sponsorships, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business objectives.
  2. Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and enhance partnerships.
  3. Lead end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and post-event impact analysis.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  1. Implement internal communication programs that drive employee engagement, collaboration, and a strong company culture.
  2. Content development of leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Oversee and maintain the company intranet portal, ensuring it remains a dynamic and engaging platform for employees.
