Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate Operation plant reporting tasks including financial summary & factory report for short term (forecast) and long term (Budget/Long term plan).
Set clear aligned target & expectation to Operations to meet productivity.
Partner with Operations & Business Lines to maintain the overall healthy value chain of production volume and inventory.
Providing financial analysis and evaluation to support decision-making.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Master in Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience in Financial analysis especially at Consolidated Gross margin.
Able to bridge the requirements from Business Lines & Operations.
