Senior Manager (CO Operations Controlling)

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Responsibilities:

1. Consolidate Operation plant reporting tasks including financial summary & factory report for short term (forecast) and long term (Budget/Long term plan).
2. Set clear aligned target & expectation to Operations to meet productivity.
3. Partner with Operations & Business Lines to maintain the overall healthy value chain of production volume and inventory.
4. Providing financial analysis and evaluation to support decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Master in Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
2. Experience in Financial analysis especially at Consolidated Gross margin.
3. Able to bridge the requirements from Business Lines & Operations.
4. Good knowledge in different Operation functions.
