Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will plan and execute a variety of internal communications and external communications activities to help with brand awareness, drive engagement and attract new customers in the Optical Communications business. Reporting into the Head of Networking MARCOM, you will shape the marketing strategy for Networking. You’ll manage the Networking Content Specialist team (for Telecom and for Datacom) in order to meet the committed targets in terms of company promotion and visibility, ensure brand and message consistency, and guarantee appropriate company representation at tradeshows and through internal and external media. You’ll coach and develop team members, analyze market trends, create campaigns, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals. You’ll be involved in budgeting and assessing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
