Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will plan and execute a variety of internal communications and external communications activities to help with brand awareness, drive engagement and attract new customers in the Optical Communications business. Reporting into the Head of Networking MARCOM, you will shape the marketing strategy for Networking. You’ll manage the Networking Content Specialist team (for Telecom and for Datacom) in order to meet the committed targets in terms of company promotion and visibility, ensure brand and message consistency, and guarantee appropriate company representation at tradeshows and through internal and external media. You’ll coach and develop team members, analyze market trends, create campaigns, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals. You’ll be involved in budgeting and assessing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing operations strategy that aligns with the marketing and business objectives.
  2. Train, coach and lead the marketing specialist team on best practices and standards of MARCOM, as well as evaluate new trends, tools, and techniques to enhance marketing capabilities.
  3. Measure and report the impact and value of marketing campaigns on business outcomes.

Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of the Optical Communications Industry – Telecom and Datacom: business dynamics, main players, main events, and dedicated media.
  3. 5 to 7 years of experience in Semiconductor Industry.
  4. Project Management.
  5. Writing skills.
  6. Ability to analyze data and report on performance.
  7. Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
  8. Familiarity with social media platforms.
  9. Experience with web analytics tools.
  10. Experience with AI tools.
  11. Budget management experience.

  1. Tactical and strategic thinking skills to execute marketing campaigns.
  2. Leadership and project management experience.
  3. Adaptability to stay up-to-date on ever-evolving digital marketing tools and identify the best ones to reach the targeted audience and meet the goals.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.

Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
