Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot the machinery.
2. Repair/modify machine system, parts or tools to facilitate production process.
3. Follow maintenance preventive schedules for machineries, compressor & cooling tower.
4. Follow the ISO procedure and industrial safety.
5. Maintain all working tools, parts, and equipment in good condition.
6. Follow superior instructions for any related maintenance & facilities repairing works.
7. Adhere to the Quality & Product Safety Policy.
8. Responsible for any Product Recall Requirement.
9. Responsible for all Product Safety related matters especially on the hazards.
10. Develop the system through ISO meetings and internal audits.
11. Maintain the documents, procedures, and records in the department to both quality & product safety matters.
12. Train subordinates & ensure all repair works are being documented for future reference.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Background and post qualification experience: Mechanical/Electrical.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in mechanical & electrical field.
3. Be able to use Excel, Word & PowerPoint for KPI presentation.
4. Welding capabilities & facilities job experiences are an added advantage.
5. Experience in Mechanical jobs and lathe machine will be an added advantage.
